Additionally, it helps qualified nonprofits and Tribal organizations create revolving loan funds to increase access to clean, reliable water and septic systems for households in eligible rural areas within Tribal Lands.

Region: Colonias recognized before October 1, 1989, eligible rural areas within Tribal Lands

Demographics: households (in Colonias and Tribal Lands)

Other Criteria: qualified nonprofit organizations (for revolving loan funds serving Tribal Lands), Tribal organizations (for revolving loan funds serving Tribal Lands)
