Always verify program details directly with the relevant government department or agency before applying.
Important: Eligibility scores, program categorizations, and personalized recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence. These AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business decisions. AI assessments may contain errors or inaccuracies. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals and verifying eligibility directly with program administrators.
Browsing the grant and foundation directories does not require an account. Guests may be limited to a small number of program and foundation views per day; creating a free account removes those daily limits and unlocks features such as saving programs and foundations and exporting them. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Browsing our grant and foundation directories is free. We do not require a paid subscription to search programs or view program and funder details. Guests may be limited to a small number of views per day; creating a free account removes those daily limits. Where we offer any enhanced grant features or individual items on a paid basis, that will be clearly indicated, and any price and terms will be shown before you pay.

Current prices are always shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time purchases are charged once at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance; by subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of your current billing period.
Datasets and other one-time digital purchases are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or where a file is defective or cannot be delivered — in those cases, contact us and we will make it right. Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable for partial periods.
When you purchase a dataset, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your internal, academic, or commercial research. You may not:
Attribution is required when the data is used in academic publications. Dataset content is provided "as is" and is subject to the data disclaimer in Section 3.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. For subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Price changes do not affect one-time purchases you have already completed.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding government program data), is owned by US Grants Database and protected by intellectual property laws.
Government program information displayed on our platform is sourced from publicly available US Federal Government resources and is subject to the US Federal Government's terms of use.
Datasets you purchase are licensed to you under the terms in Section 6.6, not sold; we retain ownership of the compiled database.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to us (such as your account or profile information). By providing this data, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, US Grants Database SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Grants Database and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
