To support risk communication, planning and coordination, mapping and assessments, and data collection of landslide hazards in order to develop information, knowledge, and methods that leads to the reduction of losses from landslides and increase in public safety. Specific objectives and research tasks identified as measures of progress towards the goals of these program elements are described in greater detail in Program Announcements posted to Grants.gov.
