To assist in responding to clean water emergencies for systems that ensure clean water. Pursuant to the American Relief Act, 2025, Public Law (P.L.) 118-158, this assistance program provides grant funding for projects and activities to protect the health or welfare of persons affected by a clean water emergency. Eligible applicants include States or territories in EPA Regions 3 and 4 impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Funding is for projects and activities that support clean water emergen
