State funding for projects that improve local fire prevention capacity, enhance forest health and resilience, or reduce the risk of wildfire spreading from wildlands into populated areas, with a focus on watershed improvement, wildfire resilience, chaparral/forest restoration, or workforce development. Funding is provided via reimbursement.

Industries: wildfire resilience, forest health, fire prevention, watershed improvement, chaparral restoration, forest restoration, workforce development
Region: Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Zone
Other Criteria: Nonprofit organizations, Public agencies, Tribal governments, Projects must fall within Chapter 3 of Proposition 4, focused on Wildfire and Forest Resilience, Projects must meet Section 91520 and include at least one purpose listed in Section 91520(j), Projects must improve local fire prevention capacity, enhance forest health and resilience, or reduce the risk of wildfire spreading from wildlands into populated areas, Projects must address at least one of: watershed improvement, wildfire resilience, chaparral or forest restoration, or workforce development
