Funding to ensure surface transportation resilience to natural hazards including climate change, sea level rise, flooding, extreme weather events, and other natural disasters. Supports planning, construction, operations and maintenance, technology demonstrations and deployment, resilience, accessibility, and security projects for various transportation types. Up to 40% of funds can be used for new capacity construction.
