Other Criteria: Must be a Qualified Fair Housing Enforcement Organization (QFHO) with at least two years of experience in complaint intake, complaint investigation, testing for fair housing violations, and enforcement-related experience of meritorious claims in the three years prior to filing application, OR must be a Fair Housing Enforcement Organization (FHO) with at least one year of experience in complaint intake, complaint investigation, testing for fair housing violations, and enforcement-related activities during the two years prior to filing application, Must currently perform all listed enforcement activities (complaint intake, complaint investigation, testing for fair housing violations, and enforcement-related activities), Must operate a broad-based and full-service program
