Pima Agriculture Cotton Trust Fund

The Pima Agriculture Cotton Trust Fund was established to reduce the injury to domestic textile manufacturers resulting from U.S. import tariffs on cotton fabric that are higher than tariffs on certain apparel articles made of cotton fabric.
