Commodity producers are experiencing temporary trade market disruptions and increased production costs for 2025 commodities. This one- time bridge payment will help producers until provisions in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) are implemented.

What Benefits Are Offered?

A one-time bridge payment to American farmers to provide assistance until the benefits of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) are available. Payments are calculated using a flat payment rate for eligible commodities multiplied by eligible reported acres.

Business Size: small, medium, large

Industries: agriculture, farming

Region: United States

Revenue Range: 900000

Other Criteria: actively engaged in farming, have risk and interest in the eligible planted commodity, reported eligible acres for the 2025 crop year by 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 19, 2025, have the following forms on file with FSA for the 2025 crop year: Form AD-2047, Customer Data Worksheet; Form CCC-901, Member Information for Legal Entities (if applicable); Form CCC-902I, Farm Operating Plan for an Individual (if applicable); Form CCC-902E, Farm Operating Plan for an entity (if applicable); Form CCC-941, Average Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) Certification and Consent to Disclosure of Tax Information; AD-1026, Highly Erodible Land Conservation (HELC) and Wetland Conservation (WC) Certification; SF-3881, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form (Direct Deposit), eligible commodities include: Barley, Chickpeas, Corn, Cotton, Lentils, Oats, Peanuts, Peas, Rice, Sorghum, Soybeans, Wheat, Canola, Crambe, Flax, Mustard, Rapeseed, Safflower, Sesame, and Sunflower, all intended uses for FBA eligible commodities are eligible excluding grazing, experimental, green manure, left standing, or cover crops, double crop acres are eligible, HELC/WC provisions apply
