What Is This Program?

USDA reformed the Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities initiative into the Advancing Markets for Producers initiative to focus on Farmer First policies. Through the initiative, USDA continues to support a set of pilot projects that improve economic opportunities for producers and landowners by providing incentives to implement production practices, activities, and systems on working lands; improve farmers collective resource sharing; and develop markets for the resulting commodities. This initiative is no longer making new awards, but funded projects may still actively report expenditures.

What Benefits Are Offered?

grantadvisory
