Occupational Safety and Health Susan Harwood Training Grants

This activity supports safety and health training grants to organizations that provide instructor-led training to workers and employers on recognizing and preventing workplace hazards. These grants address education needs for workers and employers in small businesses on identifying and preventing serious occupational safety and health hazards identified by OSHA through the DOL’s Strategic Plan, as part of an OSHA special emphasis program, or other OSHA priorities The training audience are workers and employers in high-hazard industries, and industries with high fatality rates and those facing barriers to accessing occupational safety and health training.
