Other Criteria: Eligible entities at the local level (tribes, tribal organizations, Alaska Native entities, Indian controlled organizations, Native Hawaiian organizations), WIOA Section 166 grantees, Serving unemployed and low-income Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians, Interested in economic self-sufficiency through employment and job training programs, Applying for either Comprehensive Services Program funding (for adults) or Supplemental Youth Services Program funding (for youth)
