National Family Caregiver Support, Title VI, Part C, Grants To Indian Tribes And Native Hawaiians
Department Of Health And Human Services, Administration For Community Living (acl)
To assist Indian Tribal and Native Hawaiian Organizations in providing multifaceted systems of support services for: (1) Family caregivers; and (2) grandparents or older individuals who are relative caregivers. Services to be provided include: information to caregivers about available services; assistance to caregivers in gaining access to the services; individual counseling and caregiver training to assist the caregivers in making decisions and solving problems relating to their caregiving role
