This assistance aims to facilitate the preservation of affordable housing through the transfer of Multifamily Housing Direct Loan properties from current owners to other nonprofits or PHAs. Eligible uses include technical assistance, consultation, advisory, and non-construction services, as well as soft costs like financial analysis, transaction structuring, Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs), appraisals, and market surveys.
