Other Criteria: must register and maintain active registration in SAM.gov (unless individual applying in personal capacity), must have an active Grants.gov account, must use the JustGrants system for full application submission and award management, must comply with specific requirements outlined in the individual Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), nonprofit organizations may have specific executive compensation disclosure requirements, individuals applying must obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and not use SSN or employer's TIN, small businesses must obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and not use SSN as TIN
