Low-interest disaster loans for homeowners, renters, businesses of all sizes, and private nonprofit organizations to recover from declared disasters. Loans cover repairs, replacement of physical assets, improvements to mitigate future damage, and small business operating expenses (including during employee active duty call-ups). Counseling and educational resources are also available.

Region: United States, US territories
Other Criteria: homeowners, renters, private nonprofit organizations, located in a declared disaster area, meet SBA size standards (for businesses), able to repay the loan, have a sound business purpose (for businesses), officially registered and operates legally (for businesses), creditworthy (for businesses)
