Other Criteria: Public Agency, Tribal Government, Must have an award under an eligible federal Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) or subsequent funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to continue research from a previously awarded federal grant that also received Energy Commission federal cost share funding, Projects must meet the requirements of this solicitation (GFO-22-902), For INDIGO: projects must be at industrial facilities (e.g., manufacturing, production, processing) that provide significant benefits to the electrical grid, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, achieve state clean energy goals, and exceed compliance requirements, For FPIP: projects must be at food production facilities that support electrical grid reliability and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, Demonstration projects located in and benefiting disadvantaged and/or low-income communities and/or Tribe(s) will be eligible for preference points
