Other Criteria: Nonprofit organizations (US Federal Income Tax-exempt 501(c)(3) or fiscally sponsored), Public agencies (State, Federal, Local), Tribal Governments (Federally Recognized Native American Tribes, or Non-federally recognized California Native American Tribes on CA Tribal Consultation List), Projects must deliver equitable, measurable benefits, prioritizing Disadvantaged Communities and Vulnerable Populations, Projects must address key regional climate hazards and disparities in community access to parks, green spaces, and recreational facilities, Requires 25% matched funding (cash contributions, in-kind services, staff time, donated materials or land value, or other eligible non-state funding sources)
