Provides monthly financial compensation and comprehensive medical benefits for lung diseases (pneumoconiosis) to coal miners totally disabled by the disease, and to survivors whose deaths are attributable to it. Medical benefits cover doctor appointments, hospitalizations, home and residential health care services, medical appliances, supplies, and prescription medications.

Other Criteria: coal miners totally disabled by pneumoconiosis arising out of coal mine employment, survivors of coal miners whose deaths are attributable to pneumoconiosis, active or retired miners, individuals filing on behalf of a minor child or someone under a legal or physical impairment
