Other Criteria: U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident, Accepted or enrolled in a nursing degree program at a United States accredited school of nursing, Begin classes no later than September 30 (for the academic year of the scholarship), No federal judgment liens, No existing service commitment, Not overdue on a federal debt, Financial need considered (funding preference given to those with most financial need)
