Provides payment for tuition, required fees, and reasonable educational costs (including books, clinical supplies/instruments, and uniforms), along with a monthly stipend. In exchange, recipients commit to a minimum two-year service obligation at an eligible health care facility with a critical shortage of nurses upon graduation.
