The Census of Agriculture is a mandatory data collection program conducted by the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) every five years to gather comprehensive, objective, and unbiased agricultural data across the United States. It does not provide direct financial or advisory benefits to participants. Individual responses are kept confidential and used solely for statistical purposes to inform agricultural policy and support the industry.
