The purpose of the Biobased Market Development and Access Grant Program is focused investment in the successful completion of the required Integrated Demonstration Unit (IDU) Campaign and Technical Report. These requirements are necessary to complete Phase II of the 9003 Loan Guarantee Program and issuance of the loan note guarantee.
