Region: California (statewide)
Other Criteria: nonprofit organizations, public agencies, tribal governments, cost share not required but beneficial (increases score), projects on CDFW's 2020 Wildlife Movement Priority Barrier List or 2019 Fish Passage Priority List are prioritized
