Other Criteria: nonprofit organizations, Tribal Government, federally recognized Native American Tribes, non-federally recognized Tribes on the California Native American Heritage Commissionโs California Tribal Consultation List, tribally-led 501(c)(3) non-profit with documentation, grantee must have long-term access to the land, Letter of Intent Required
