Other Criteria: At least one location in DTLA (pop-up or permanent), Brick-and-mortar storefront that customers could feasibly interact with, Independently operated, Fewer than 50 employees, In operation for at least 12 months, Familiarity with events, catering, or festivals is a plus (not required)
