Region: Within the RMC's jurisdiction (California)
Other Criteria: Nonprofit organizations (including 501(c)(3) designated), Public agencies (State, Federal, local including City/County, Water Districts, School Districts, Certified Local Conservation Corps, Joint Powers Authority), Tribal governments or Tribal entities recognized on the current US Federal Register or the Native American Heritage Commission as a California Native American tribe, Projects with secured matching funds will receive preference (not required)
