What Is This Program?

Funding is provided to nonprofit organizations to implement the IVLP. Programs are intended to bring U.S. embassy selected International Visitors into contact with influential Americans and representative organizations and institutions across the United States, with the intention of advancing U.S. foreign policy priorities and fostering lasting relationships between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.
