What Is This Program?

The Department of Defense is seeking to leverage the knowledge and capabilities of institutions of higher learning to carry out a cooperative program with the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam and assist in accounting for Vietnamese personnel missing in action,โ€ including in part by collecting, digitizing, and sharing of archival information. The cooperative agreement supports the pubic as it spans political, economic, security, and people-to-people ties.
