The Office of Manufactured Housing Programs (OMHP) protects the health and safety of manufactured home residents by enforcing federal construction, safety, and installation standards. It provides a dispute resolution program for issues between manufacturers, retailers, and installers. The Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee (MHCC) offers advisory recommendations on these standards, with travel and per diem provided for its members.
