What Is This Program?

ITL’s mission is to cultivate trust in information technology (IT) and metrology and is accomplished using its world-class measurement and testing facilities and encompassing a wide range of areas of computer science, mathematics, statistics, and systems engineering. Financial support may be provided to attend education and outreach programs, conferences, workshops, or other technical research meetings that are relevant to the ITL’s mission. Financial support may also be provided to organizations sponsoring conferences, workshops, or other technical events that are relevant to the mission of the ITL.

What Benefits Are Offered?

Financial assistance in the form of grants or cooperative agreements to support research or collaborative research in various IT-related fields, or to support attendance/sponsorship of relevant technical events. Funding is anticipated to range from $10,000 to $500,000 per year.
