Other Criteria: States (including the District of Columbia), Local governments, U.S. territories and possessions, Indian tribes, Public universities and colleges, Hospitals, Laboratories, Public or private non-profit institutions, Projects must develop HFC reclamation and innovative destruction technologies, Projects should result in climate benefits by increasing reclaimed HFCs for reuse and reducing HFC emissions
