FNS Food Safety Grants

FAIR Health Food Allergy and Foodborne Illness Project - noncompetitive grant to FAIR Health, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, to provide a specific research project on pediatric foodborne illness and allergy medical data. Behind the Tray – Food Science for School Meals cooperative agreement, is to develop and implement a week-long in-person science-based food safety education training program. The education program is designed to enhance the food science literacy of school nutrition professionals. Food Safety - noncompetitive cooperative agreement to the Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN) to provide food safety education, training, and resources to child nutrition professionals.
