Financial assistance for rent, rental arrears, utilities and home energy costs, utilities and home energy costs arrears, and certain other expenses related to housing. Also includes housing stability services and eviction prevention activities.
Who Is Eligible?
Region: United States, U.S. territories, areas served by participating state, local, or Tribal governments
Demographics: low-income renters, renters of color, Black households, Latino households, female-headed households
Other Criteria: eligible households with financial assistance and housing stability services, renters facing eviction, facing housing instability throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, very low-income families (for affordable rental housing projects funded by ERA2)
