Funding and technical assistance for organizations implementing programs that empower youth of color and 2S/LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 12-26) in disproportionately impacted communities to lead substance use prevention and create positive policy and systems change.
Who Is Eligible?
Industries: behavioral health, community development, youth services, substance use prevention
Region: California
Other Criteria: 501(c)(3) community-based organization or Tribal organization, Must have established and trusted community relationships with youth of color and 2S/LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 12-26) living in communities disproportionately impacted by the war on drugs, Must be located in California and service California, Cannot have an active EYC grant (exceptions for fiscal sponsors and grants ending by December 2026)
