Other Criteria: Government Agencies (specifically local governments), Must have a valid HUD Name and Address Identification (NAID) Number, Must be registered on HUD Homestore, Homes must be single-family homes acquired by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) as a result of foreclosure, Homes must have been on the market for over 180 days, Homes must have an as-is appraisal value of $1 to $25,000, Purpose is to provide housing for low-to-moderate income families or address specific community needs
