Other Criteria: Agricultural producers, farmers, ranchers, landowners, or non-industrial forest managers, Own or lease land, Must apply to an eligible underlying conservation program (AMA, EQIP, CSP, RCPP, ACEP, Regenerative Pilot Program), Establish a farm tract number with USDAโs Farm Service Agency (FSA), Certify compliance with adjusted gross income (AGI) limitation provisions, Certify compliance with highly erodible land (HEL) and wetland conservation (WC) requirements of the Food Security Act, Application must meet or exceed state's pre-determined minimum ranking score
