Provides non-personnel funding (up to $15,000 per track) to nonprofit organizations for projects that strengthen small businesses, commercial corridors, and neighborhoods or improve quality of life for residents in under-resourced communities within the City of San Diego. All applicants also gain access to financial education workshops and other resources.
