What Is This Program?

This Notice of Funding Opportunity is for a non-competitive award to support “Community Projects Funding” identified by Congress and listed in the Explanatory Statement accompanying the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026, which provides funding for the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
